Specification for quotation

  • Rod cross-section, nominal diameter or profile dimensions, cut length and quantity
  • Finished-part drawing with datums, holes, threads, critical tolerances and visible surfaces
  • Required surface finish, edge treatment and inspection method
  • Service conditions, material documentation and packaging requirements

Material construction, feasible dimensions, tolerances, finish, fabrication scope and delivery terms are confirmed in the written quotation. This page does not establish a supply range, current stock, a fixed price or certification.

Application review

Identify which dimensions refer to the incoming rod and which refer to the finished part. Review machining, bonding and residual-stress requirements for the selected grade. Optical, pressure, load-bearing and safety applications require separate validation; a material sample is not a performance certificate.
