- Fabric reference or submitted swatch, approved appearance sample and pattern orientation
- Panel dimensions, nominal thickness, quantity and cut layout
- Mounting holes, edge finish, visible faces and fixing drawings
- Light transmission preference, cleaning environment and any required fire or building documentation

Application review
Review a sample at the intended viewing distance and under the project lighting. Confirm whether customer-supplied fabric is compatible with the proposed process before approval. Decorative screens are not automatically safety glazing or fire-rated partitions.
