- Thinner tolerance, more consistent thickness
- Cheaper, good for large volume orders
- Available in continuous rolls/sheets
- Ideal for light boxes, thin signs, vacuum forming
Which Should You Choose?
Choose cast for high-quality, thick, optical or outdoor applications. Choose extruded for cost-sensitive, thin, large-volume projects.
