1. Thickness
Thicker acrylic costs more per sheet (more raw material). 2mm is cheapest; 50mm+ is premium and made-to-order.
2. Color
Clear is cheapest. Standard colors (black, white, red) have a small premium. Custom colors and fluorescent colors require a mixing fee and MOQ.
3. Size
Standard sheet sizes (1220×2440mm, 2050×3050mm) are most cost-effective. Custom sizes and oversize sheets cost more.
4. MOQ and Order Volume
Bigger order = lower unit price. Sample orders cost more per sheet. Container loads (20GP/40HQ) give best pricing.
5. Custom Cutting and Fabrication
Cutting, polishing, bending, drilling add cost but save your labor.
